The venue for this spectacular gathering is "The Mountain View United Methodist Church Memorial Hall", located in the beautiful city of Pine Bush, New York, which provides a perfect backdrop for this vibrant community of collectors.
Entry to the event is incredibly affordable, with a nominal fee of just $1 at the door, allowing everyone to participate without breaking the bank. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that children aged 12 and under can attend for free, making this a family-friendly event where young collectors can explore and engage with their favorite hobbies alongside their parents or guardians. We welcome vendors from across the hobby to join us for this exciting event! Vendor setup will begin at 8:00 AM, allowing ample time to prepare your displays and merchandise before doors open to the public at 9:30 AM. The show will run until 5:00 PM, and vendors will have until 6:00 PM to break down and pack up their tables. We kindly ask all vendors to arrive on time to help ensure a smooth and organized setup process. If you need extra space for shelves please let us know!
